Reverse Osmosis technology operates to remove dissolved salts as well as insoluble particles by passing water through a membrane and filtering it. We offer a range of Reverse Osmosis Systems, which is highly demanded for purifying water in a quick and easy manner for different uses. The system works by concentrating ions in the solution and consecutive ‘polarization’ to increase the osmotic pressure of the water being treated and then precipitation takes place, which is flushed by the high pressure of incoming water.

R O System (AT-REEVA)

Stage 1 :- Pre-Filter : Before the Purifier a 5 micron pre filter attached, that removes larger particles such as dust, mud, sand, sediment, rust and other suspended particles above 5 micron.

Stage 2 :- Sediment Filter : This sediment filter 1micron made of poly propylene spun fiber, removes suspended impurities in water like sand, rust, clay etc. from water and also up to 1 micron bacteria will not passes from this chamber.
Stage 3 :- Pre-Carbon Filter : This pre-carbon filter removes the most organic impurities, carcinogenic chemicals, chlorine, color & odor. Also prevents bacterial growth on carbon itself.

Stage 4 :- Reverse Osmosis Membranes : In this stage the water is forced with the help of 24volt pump through a semi permeable membrane. This membrane rejects high percentage(96-99%) of all dissolved solids like heavy metals, harmful chemical poisons, excessive dissolved salts and all suspended particles, including sodium, microbes bacteria, viruses, herbicides & cysts making the water pure & safe. The impurities are literally separated from water molecules and flushed down the sink. The actual pure water will store in an 8Ltr. Tank.

Stage 5 :- Silver Impregnated Activated Post Carbon : this in line carbon filter & polisher that virtually absorbers all organic contaminant and removes all bad orders/colors, excess chlorine & improves the taste of the final product water.

Storage Tank :- After purification the water will store in an 8Ltr. Tank.
